Dr. Jafry is a board-certified psychiatrist who treats patients of all ages with a keen interest in a broad range of psychiatric disorders including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, eating disorders, and addiction disorders.
She completed her medical education from Karnatak University, India. With a keen interest in psychiatry, she completed her General Psychiatry residency from Austin, Texas and went on to pursue her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from McGaw Medical Center at Northwestern University, Chicago.
Dr. Jafry believes in providing quality care in a secure environment where a patient feels comfortable to express his/her concerns. With her caring and pleasant personality, she is highly approachable and connects well with kids and adolescents. Her ability to work well with families is particularly appreciated by her patients.
Brina (she/her) received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL, and, continued her education at Bradley University in Peoria, IL, where she received her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Brina strives to provide psychological support that promotes individual growth and mental well-being. She understands that a person is uniquely influenced by their culture, family, values andbeliefs, and personal identity. She will honor and respect the uniqueness of each person that shemeets. Brina believes that mental health treatment begins with a clear understanding between theperson and counselor, identifying the person's goals, and establishing a treatment plan based onthose individualized goals to achieve their own version of wellness.
Brina is a certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist and trained as a registered behavior therapist utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis theories. She uses an eclectic approach in treatment techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, to meet the needs of the individual. Brina treats various mental health
conditions, including anxiety, eating, mood, and personality disorders. Trauma and stressor-related disorders, psychotic disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Caroline Smith is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CAADC). She graduated from Benedictine University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. With 22 plus years of experience in helping people improve their lives, she takes pride in her holistic approach to mental health.
The physical, mental and social areas are all important. Her specialties include working with adults and older adults with a variety of problems including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationships, parenting, difficult transitions, and addictions. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), teaches coping skills and a variety of approaches to help people change and grow.
Katarzyna Skorka is a state-licensed and nationally board-certified physician assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Loyola University Chicago and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Southern Illinois University. During her training, she received academic and clinical training in multiple fields including psychiatry, family medicine, internal medicine, women’s health and more. She underwent her medical rotations through Carle Foundation Hospital which consisted of inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, treating a broad range of psychiatric disorders.
Katarzyna believes in the treatment of a person as a whole. She is passionate about eliminating the stigma surrounding psychological diagnoses. Following evidence-based medicine and using clinical judgment, she will provide an in-depth evaluation to develop an accurate diagnosis. She will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan to assist you in reaching your goals. She wants to give her patients the opportunity to share their experiences in a judgement free atmosphere. Most importantly, she is eager to listen and involve the patient in the process in order to provide the best possible care to her patients.

Nicholas (he/him) completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is in the process of obtaining his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois.
Nicholas’s priority is to foster a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment that promotes growth and healing. He uses a client-centered approach and utilizes treatment techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy based around the client’s needs.
