Dr. Jafry is a board-certified psychiatrist who treats patients of all ages with a keen interest in a broad range of psychiatric disorders including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, eating disorders, and addiction disorders.
She completed her medical education from Karnatak University, India. With a keen interest in psychiatry, she completed her General Psychiatry residency from Austin, Texas and went on to pursue her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from McGaw Medical Center at Northwestern University, Chicago.
Dr. Jafry believes in providing quality care in a secure environment where a patient feels comfortable to express his/her concerns. With her caring and pleasant personality, she is highly approachable and connects well with kids and adolescents. Her ability to work well with families is particularly appreciated by her patients.

Caroline Smith is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CAADC). She graduated from Benedictine University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. With 22 plus years of experience in helping people improve their lives, she takes pride in her holistic approach to mental health.

Her specialties include working with adults and older adults with a variety of problems including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationships, parenting, difficult transitions, and addictions. Katarzyna Skorka is a state-licensed and nationally board-certified physician assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Loyola University Chicago and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Southern Illinois University. During her training, she received academic and clinical training in multiple fields including psychiatry, family medicine, internal medicine, women’s health and more. She underwent her medical rotations through Carle Foundation Hospital which consisted of inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, treating a broad range of psychiatric disorders.
Katarzyna believes in the treatment of a person as a whole. She is passionate about eliminating the stigma surrounding psychological diagnoses. Following evidence-based medicine and using clinical judgment, she will provide an in-depth evaluation to develop an accurate diagnosis. She will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan to assist you in reaching your goals. She wants to give her patients the opportunity to share their experiences in a judgement free atmosphere. Most importantly, she is eager to listen and involve the patient in the process in order to provide the best possible care to her patients.
Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois.

Karen Malley, LCPC & NCC graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, Chicago, Illinois and earned credentialing as a Nationally Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. Karen has served in the mental health field since 2015 and provided services at the inpatient crisis level, services for those with
chronic mental illness at a psychosocial rehabilitation facility, services for
Women and adolescent females at a residential facility with dual diagnosis & Mood disorders, Eating Disorders, Trauma, and Addiction. Prior to joining
Prizm Behavioral - Karen last worked with patients in crisis at the emergency
room level. As your therapist, Karen believes success in therapy is largely based on the rapport and trust built within the therapeutic relationship. Together, whether personally sought or arriving through a life changing circumstance - Karen believes therapy is best for creating lasting and meaningful changes. She also believes in the strength of group based therapy and family therapy. Karen treats both Adult Men and Women as well as adolescents utilizing a variety of knowledge and experience with CBT, or other treatment theories such as DBT, and ACT based on client needs.
Zachary Schmidt, LPC
Zach completed his Bachelor of Arts from Ripon College in Ripon, WI and completed his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in Chicago, IL. Zach also received a Master of Science in Sport and Human Performance.
Zach believes in a client-centered approach to help build rapport and trust throughout the counseling process, as well as utilizing treatment techniques from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy based on the needs of the client. His approach includes an empathetic and non-judgmental atmosphere for clients to open up with their life stressors.
Previously, Zach worked as a bereavement counselor at a hospice and a performance psych consultant at a college. He has had experiences working with patients working through issues of anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Zach has experience working with patients of all ages as well as both individual and group therapy.
